DLC's National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ's) are delivered as a high quality taught programme using the assessments to underpin them.

They are designed to coincide with an individuals day-to-day work ensuring the minimal amount of impact. They recognize the skills, knowledge and understanding of a candidate, build on these with further study which then allows the candidate to gain a qualification that relates to their job area and promotes good working practice. DLC have developed a series or workshops on each module to support the learning and ensure capability and efficiency are realised by each learner.

Level 2 Food & Drink Manufacturing This programme is aimed at people who want to ensure their staff are fully trained and competent in their role. It is for anyone who is employed in a food or drink manufacturing operations environment. Candidates are required to demonstrate achieved competencies in accordance with the national standards.Throughout the training, all candidates will be assisted in assembling a portfolio of documentary evidence to support a claim that they perform their duties and responsibilities in a professional and competent manner.
